Plan an infrared service around your gym's members and daily operations, including peak times, bookings, staff guidance and maintenance responsibilities.
Explore how IRELT could fit your gym's space and member services. We'll review the intended use and operating requirements before selecting a solution.
Identify the members you would serve and when they usually visit. Compare a possible booking process with class changeovers and busy reception periods. Define how members would find a slot, receive guidance and know when their turn begins. Before launch, explain whether the service would be included in membership or sold separately, and allow time between bookings for checks and preparing the space.
Connect the space with staffing and maintenance
Assess access routes, privacy and the location's relationship to exercise areas against the selected model's instructions. Assign guidance, device checks and cleaning across staff shifts. If your gym opens beyond staffed hours, review the proposed service's operating hours and supervision requirements separately. Gym access control alone does not establish whether a device is suitable for the intended use. Provide a clear way to report problems.
