Let's assess where the device could fit in your practice. We'll look at your space, appointments and how a new service would fit into your day-to-day business.
Map a client visit from arrival to departure and identify when the proposed device service would take place. Once suitability is confirmed, decide whether clients would book it separately or as part of another appointment. Include guidance, preparation and room turnaround in the booking time. This shows how the plan would affect your working day, appointment availability and responsibilities at each stage.
Consider how you work in the room
Look at the proposed device position alongside your treatment table, other furniture and working routes. If the room serves several purposes, plan where the device would stay during other appointments and check any movement against the model instructions. Confirm placement and electrical requirements before purchase. In a shared practice, agree where instructions are kept, who provides training and how cleaning and faults are recorded.

Who?
Who would use the service, and how would they discover it?
02
Where?
What space is available, and how does it fit into the customer journey?
03
